Pumpkin Bars
4 eggs
1 2/3C sugars
1 c oil
1 16 oz can pumpkin
Mix together well, set aside.
2 c flour
2 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
2 t cinnamon
1 t all spice
1 t nutmeg
1 t ginger
1 t salt
whisk together. Then pour into the pumpkin mixture.
Pour into jellyroll pan. Bake at 350° for 25-30 min. Cool on wire rack.
Icing:
1 stick butter
8 oz. Cream cheese
1 t vanilla extract
2 c confectioners sugar
Mix all together. Spread on cooled pumpkin bars.

I must make these. I have so much canned pumpkin leftover I need to use up. I think I love the frosting more though- ha ha
